Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key components of the product platform
- Collaborate with product managers to define feature requirements
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
- Ensure system performance and reliability at scale
- Support integration of third-party tools and services
- Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing
- Work within agile development cycles
- Monitor product behavior and respond to incidents
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python or similar backend programming languages
- Experience with Linux-based systems and system-level programming
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools
- Experience working with distributed systems
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Prior experience in remote teams is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RPM-based Linux distributions
- Background in systems administration or DevOps
- Exposure to performance tuning and monitoring tools
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Knowledge of kernel-level debugging
- Familiarity with security best practices in production systems
