PolicyMe is looking for a Product Designer, Webflow to own the strategic design and execution of our website and marketing assets. You will be responsible for translating business goals into compelling digital experiences that communicate our value and drive user engagement.

What You'll Do

Design, prototype, and build responsive website pages and components directly within Webflow
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterations
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align web design with brand strategy and product offerings
Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency
Optimize website performance, accessibility, and SEO through best-practice design and implementation

What We're Looking For

Proven experience designing and building live websites using Webflow
A portfolio showcasing strong visual design, interaction design, and user experience skills
Ability to work independently and manage the full design-to-development cycle
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Understanding of web design principles, including responsiveness, accessibility, and performance
