Visit.org is hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our remote team. You will shape the strategic, user-centered direction of our platform, own large portions of complex products, and provide leadership on UX/UI design for new and existing initiatives. This role is for someone passionate about using design to help enterprises and their employees contribute to their communities.
What You'll Do
- Advocate for exceptional, customer-centric experiences across all Visit.org products.
- Own large portions of complex products and provide leadership on UX/UI design for new and existing initiatives.
- Define product and design requirements and translate them into clear workflows and user journeys.
- Design detailed interactions and high-fidelity user interfaces.
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with high quality and fidelity.
- Own, evolve, and maintain the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products.
- Conduct user research and interviews to identify insights, validate assumptions, and inform product strategy.
- Translate user and business insights into user stories, product requirements, and business cases.
- Develop interactive prototypes to explore multiple UX/UI concepts and iteratively refine solutions.
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and are responsive across devices and browsers.
- Solve complex user problems with clarity, simplicity, and strong usability principles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes.
- Clearly articulate, defend, and iterate on design and product decisions using data and user insights.
- Lead and participate in design reviews, providing constructive UX/UI feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
