Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Product Designer to craft seamless, intuitive experiences for a fast-growing live streaming platform. In this remote role, you will transform complex challenges into elegant, human-centered solutions that impact millions of users worldwide, driving design decisions through research, prototyping, and iteration.

What You'll Do

Participate in ideation and design of new products and features that address user needs.
Create clear, elegant, and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
Develop interactive, user-centric prototypes to validate concepts and design decisions.
Conduct usability research, testing, and analysis to inform design improvements.
Collect and incorporate stakeholder and cross-functional feedback into product solutions.
Write detailed UI/UX specifications to communicate design requirements effectively to engineers.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented with quality and consistency.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
Proven experience working on consumer-facing products.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, and product thinking.
Hands-on experience conducting usability research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decisions through research-backed insights.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with AI/ML-driven product experiences or interest in designing for emerging technologies.

Competitive base salary: $133,000 - $161,000 annually.
