About the Role We're seeking a customer-focused professional to help shape the future of our digital platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to partner within an embedded cross-functional team. You'll join a collaborative product design culture dedicated to enhancing daily product experiences for healthcare providers and their patients. Your Area of Focus • Contribute to design vision and strategy connecting customer and business value • Demonstrate strong creative and conceptual design skills driving innovation • Possess effortless working knowledge of design fundamentals and core skills • Navigate ambiguity by building product knowledge and identifying customer problem statements • Require minimal direction on design methods and validation approaches • Facilitate cross-functional collaborative ideation sessions • Proficiently utilize design system guidelines and contribute to component optimization • Collaborate and communicate effectively, creating understanding and driving alignment • Present effectively by anticipating questions, articulating data-supported perspectives • Understand business logic and technical system capabilities/constraints • Work closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams • Lead customer research sessions with minimal support • Understand various research methodologies • Comfortable evaluating and leveraging AI tools for process improvement • Incorporate quantitative and qualitative data in decision making • Proactively seek feedback from diverse sources to drive innovation Your Professional Qualifications • 3+ years full-time Product Design experience • B2B and/or B2C experience preferred • Portfolio demonstrating: - Simplified, intuitive user experiences for complex operations - Data-driven design iteration - Expertise in: * UX Design * Visual User Interface Design * Interaction Design * Responsive Design * Mobile design * Rapid Prototyping * Information Architecture * Accessibility * Data synthesis - Design system experience - Figma suite proficiency - AI tool integration - Growth mindset Compensation Range: $113,500 - $129,500 USD We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
