Sitemate is hiring a Product Design Manager

Sitemate is looking for a Product Design Manager to take full responsibility for product outcomes from early concept through to delivery and live performance. In this hybrid ownership role, you'll blend UX/UI design expertise with product ownership and delivery management to improve how the world's most important industries operate.

What You'll Do

• Prepare high-level concept designs for internal review and customer validation.
• Conduct customer research when required.
• Prepare detailed UX flows and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Create information architecture (IA) diagrams.
• Define and review feature scope.
• Work in small, high-trust teams alongside engineers to define problems, design solutions, shape requirements, plan delivery, and take responsibility for what ships - including how it performs once live.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a product design role with ownership of outcomes from concept to launch.
• Expertise in creating UX flows, high-fidelity UI designs, and information architecture diagrams.
• Experience conducting customer research and validating concepts.
• Ability to define feature scope and work collaboratively with engineering teams to ship solutions.
• A track record of caring deeply about results and taking pride in your work.

Team & Environment

You'll join an existing team of 9 Product Design Managers. Each Product Design Manager supports approximately 2 teams, with generally 2 engineers per team. The environment is flexible, fast-moving, and outcome-driven, built on trust, respect, and continuous learning.

• Competitive, performance-based remuneration of AUD $90,000 - $120,000 pending your experience (including Super).
