3045 Becton Dickinson Global Services Centre Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a Process Engineer/Scrap Management professional. You will act as senior shift management, overseeing workflow, staffing, and performance to meet production schedules in our El Paso, TX facility.
What You'll Do
- Act as senior shift management overseeing workflow, staffing, and performance to meet production schedules.
- Supervise, coach, and develop junior shift leaders, team leads, and trainers.
- Ensure full compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA QSR requirements.
- Monitor and manage production KPIs, including throughput, yield, scrap, and efficiency.
- Lead root cause investigations, CAPA activities, and process deviation resolution.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain departments to resolve production issues.
- Enforce safety rules, lead incident investigations, and maintain team training compliance.
- Serve as the primary daily communication bridge between the production floor and leadership.
- Maintain accurate time and production records.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts, applying Lean, 5S, standard work, and waste reduction methodologies.
- Support Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and regulatory requirements across operations.
- Apply root cause problem-solving techniques and guide cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Improve quality, labor efficiency, and throughput using Lean concepts.
- Prioritize operator support, training, attendance control, overtime management, and team retention.
