Philips is looking for a Proactive/Connectivity Expert (MR/CT) to act as the primary engineering specialist for your modality. In this role, you'll be the central point for technical escalations within the zone while staying updated on the latest technological developments.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the Engineering specialist for your respective modality (MR, CT).
- Stay updated on the latest technological developments of the modality and share insights with the organization.
- Act as the nodal point for technical issues faced in the zone for your modality.
- Utilize RSN and other available remote tools to provide guidance to the field team.
- Handle alert handling and proactive monitoring.
- Conduct technical analysis to identify failure patterns and lead timely brainstorming sessions.
- Perform remote diagnostics and prepare repair plans based on detailed log analysis.
What We're Looking For
- BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Electricals, or Instrumentations engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in remote service for specific product lines.
- Deep knowledge of all delivery KPIs and ability to maintain performance within target Call Analysis.
- Demonstrated technical competency for providing effective remote support.
- Proven skillset for using PRS tools.
