Responsibilities
- Manage technical portfolio planning while actively executing project management tasks across the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to create, sustain, and communicate integrated roadmaps for advanced technologies and manufacturing processes that support business goals
- Support the development and implementation of new project management tools and standardized best practices
- Lead and coordinate governance forums for advanced technology initiatives
- Assist in administering the quarterly technology awards program
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects in technology, process development, or research, including successful technology transfer into product development
- Strong leadership skills across functions, with proven ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholder expectations
- Skilled in developing and maintaining project schedules, resource plans, budgets, risk registers, and progress reporting
- Proven technical and managerial problem-solving capabilities, including interpreting technical data to guide project outcomes
- Experience working across business areas to shape and maintain integrated technology and manufacturing roadmaps aligned with business strategy
- Capable of planning, leading, and facilitating technology review meetings and key decision forums
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with over 10 years of professional experience
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of project management experience in commercial hardware development for AI, datacenter, or telecom applications
- Holds a recognized project management certification such as PMP, CSM, MPM, or equivalent
- Experience leading multicultural teams and mentoring or supervising project managers
- Familiarity with Stage-Gate processes used in technology development
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing methods such as molding, stamping, plating, or high-speed cable assembly production
- Proven ability to manage external technical partnerships and integrate new technologies into product and manufacturing teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar tools, with experience in managing technology roadmaps and portfolios
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of collaborating across global teams

Compensation
Competitive base salary ranging from $161,200 to $185,000, depending on location and experience. Includes incentive compensation and equity through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
