Salesforce is hiring a Principal Technical Support Engineer for its Signature Success Plan. In this role, you will provide advanced technical and proactive support to key enterprise customers and partners, acting as a technical lead within the team to drive skill development and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-level technical support to large-scale customers.
- Manage customer expectations and control escalations from internal stakeholders.
- Support process optimization by understanding customer inquiries, monitoring/detection trends, and customer business operations.
- Contribute to team growth and improve team operational efficiency.
- Support multiple services including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Sales, Service, Platform, Industry products, and Proactive Monitoring.
What We're Looking For

- 10+ years of technical support experience in an Enterprise Software/Cloud company.
- Appropriate and flexible communication skills with customers.
- Strong orientation and ability to conduct technical investigations, troubleshooting, and problem-solving systematically.
- Ability and willingness to collaborate across departments and positions.
- English reading, writing, and listening skills (conversational ability is a plus).
- Ability to maintain high motivation and perform work proactively and independently.
- Deep knowledge in one or more of: Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, front-end frameworks, APIs) OR Server-side technologies (SQL, object-oriented languages like Java, application servers, databases).
- Practical experience in one or more of: Managing/solving issues with databases and relational data structures, Managing/solving issues with large-scale data processing or multi-tenant environments, Programming/software development using APIs, Software development lifecycle, Salesforce operation/development.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members.
Nice to Have
- High English proficiency, including conversation.
- Technical experience with Salesforce CRM, Lightning Platform, and related technologies.
- Technical knowledge and experience to understand Salesforce applications and solutions.
- Development experience with Visualforce or Apex.
- Development experience with Lightning Web Components.
- Hold one or more Salesforce certifications: Platform Administrator, Advanced Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Advanced Platform Developer, Agentforce Specialist, JavaScript Developer.
