Responsibilities
- Influence long-term technical strategy across multiple teams and products by shaping engineering direction beyond individual team boundaries.
- Lead the evolution of platform architecture by identifying systemic challenges and designing secure, scalable, and reusable solutions using AWS, serverless technologies, and microservices.
- Lead high-impact architectural discussions and design reviews, balancing trade-offs in performance, security, reliability, and maintainability while aligning teams with competing priorities.
- Own end-to-end architectural decisions for AI systems, ensuring governance, monitoring, and regulatory compliance are integrated from inception, not added later.
- Serve as a thought leader in AI by guiding teams on model behavior, agentic systems, and ethical AI practices to elevate organizational capabilities.
- Develop senior engineers through mentorship and technical guidance, strengthening leadership depth and upholding rigorous engineering standards across the organization.
