Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ in a senior or principal-level role
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders (both internal and external), including architectural decisions with engineering counterparts
- Hustle and ownership mindset - you remove obstacles, take initiative, and find ways to get things done
- You love being the voice of the customer. You understand their problems and needs in detail and always look for better ways to address them
- You use first principles thinking to break down complex user needs to build clear, scalable workflows
- You can independently set the strategy for, define, and ship complex, high-impact software products at scale, including for strategic integrations
- You leverage AI tools both for your own productivity and as part of product innovation, finding ways to make users’ lives better through intelligent features
- You value open, frank, and respectful communication
- You are data-driven, adept at combining quantitative and qualitative insights to bring clarity, prioritization, and alignment in ambiguous environments
- Enterprise SaaS or FinTech experience
Nice to Have
- Experience at a venture-backed startup during hyper-growth
- Experience building and releasing a major product end to end, or significantly scaling an existing product
- Computer science or engineering background
