About the Role
This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of consumer-grade AI coaching at enterprise scale, working as a senior design leader on a small, fast-moving team to redefine how millions interact with AI daily.
Responsibilities
- Design new features to transform the platform from individual coaching to a collaborative, team-based environment with shared context and management tools
- Develop and refine the design system to ensure consistency and quality as the product scales
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver polished experiences on a weekly basis
- Combine strategic vision with direct execution, including flow design, interaction refinement, and writing product content
- Engage in frequent collaborative sessions, critiques, and co-design activities to advance the product
- Explore and experiment with AI integration in the user experience, testing novel interfaces and adaptive workflows
