Requirements
- Education: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in embedded systems, with 5+ years in a Principal or Lead role.
- RTOS/OS: Deep experience with FreeRTOS, Zephyr, ThreadX, or Embedded Linux.
- Hardware: Mastery of ARM Cortex-M/A, FPGAs, and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, CAN, USB, Ethernet).
- Industry: Proven track record in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics).
Nice to Have
- Control Systems: Experience with PID loops for precise thermal management (e.g., PCR cycling) or motion control.
- Signal Processing: Ability to implement digital filters and algorithms for low-noise sensor data acquisition.
- Connectivity: Experience with BLE, Wi-Fi, or cloud-integrated IoT medical devices.
- Tooling: Proficiency with logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and CI/CD pipelines for firmware (GitLab, Jenkins, Docker).
