Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of major IT projects across diverse business units
- Apply ITIL principles to manage service operations and improve service delivery
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress against milestones and adjust plans as needed
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution throughout project lifecycle
- Serve as primary point of contact for client and internal leadership teams
- Drive process improvements using ITIL frameworks and service management best practices
- Lead post-implementation reviews and transition activities
- Mentor project teams on project management methodologies and tools
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical groups
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for assigned initiatives
- Ensure timely reporting on project status, risks, and deliverables
- Promote agile and hybrid delivery models where appropriate
- Support change management processes within IT service environments
- Ensure alignment of project outcomes with strategic business objectives
- Lead vendor coordination and third-party management when required
- Maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and service transitions
- Champion continuous improvement in project delivery and service operations
