Responsibilities
- Collaborate at a strategic level across multiple initiatives to guide technical direction and investment decisions.
- Launch new initiatives from inception: assemble teams, clarify complex problem areas, establish velocity, set performance standards, and ensure delivery on tight schedules.
- Tackle highly uncertain, mission-critical challenges with direct coding, feature development, and deep technical engagement.
- Lead cutting-edge AI experiments: conduct A/B testing, refine prompts, develop evaluation frameworks, and balance accuracy, cost, and response speed for LLM-driven capabilities.
- Influence long-range technical planning by shaping system architecture, data models, and the evolution from GUI-centric to agent-driven user interfaces.
- Develop across the entire technology stack in an AI-native environment using tools like Claude Code, MCP servers, skills frameworks, and shared context systems.
- Elevate team performance by delivering clear, impactful feedback that improves outcomes for senior and staff-level engineers.
