CreateFuture is hiring a Principal Engineer - Contract

Responsibilities

Evaluate current engineering speed and delivery efficiency
Pinpoint sources of engineering overhead that delay output, such as underdeveloped DevOps or manual workflows
Develop and prioritize a list of engineering enhancements
Integrate AI-powered development tools, including GitHub Copilot, into workflows
Lead optimization efforts across the entire software development lifecycle, from coding to deployment
Enhance workflows prior to user story creation to speed up early-stage delivery
Collaborate within a platform environment featuring Microsoft CRM (SaaS)
Operate within a platform ecosystem that includes an integration layer powered by TIBCO
Support multiple customer-facing portals as part of the platform stack
Work with custom-built middle-tier services in the architecture
Show quantifiable progress by reassessing delivery performance at the end of the contract
