About the Role

Assured is seeking a Principal Engagement Manager to act as a trusted partner to our enterprise customers, leading large-scale implementations from kickoff to long-term success. In this role, you will collaborate across Executive Leadership, Engineering, and Sales to drive measurable outcomes and strategic value for clients.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations by driving onboarding programs, ensuring delivery excellence, milestone clarity, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Design and optimize scalable engagement frameworks, building repeatable methodologies for implementation and account management.
  • Run programs with precision by managing timelines, reports, stakeholder communication, and executive readouts for high-impact accounts.
  • Resolve complex challenges by addressing escalations and technical issues, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to achieve strategic outcomes.
  • Accelerate customer adoption and expansion by helping clients unlock full platform value through best practices and proactive engagement.
  • Serve as the Voice of the Customer by surfacing insights and advocating for customer needs to inform product improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by partnering with leadership to refine tools, metrics, and methodologies that enhance customer experience at scale.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-scale implementations and customer programs for multimillion-dollar accounts.
  • Expertise in program management, with a proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business and leadership audiences.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and data exchange formats such as JSON, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • A bias for action and ownership, with the resilience to navigate challenges and deliver results in dynamic environments.
  • A builder’s mindset, passionate about creating structure, defining best practices, and scaling processes as the organization grows.
