EX Squared is looking for a Principal Data Analyst to drive strategic insights and data-informed decision making across the organization. This senior role requires a seasoned professional who can own complex analytical projects from inception to delivery.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of senior-level impact.
Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Deep understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and data modeling concepts.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead projects with minimal supervision.
