The Principal Agentic Engineer (Front-end) is a senior technical leadership role at Apply Digital, responsible for building scalable, high-quality frontend applications that enable AI-driven digital experiences. This position requires architectural leadership, AI integration expertise, and strong collaboration with backend, product, and design teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead frontend technical direction for AI-powered digital experiences
- Mentor and guide engineering teams in frontend development best practices
- Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams to deliver production-ready software
- Engineer teams of coding agents to accomplish implementation requirements
- Turn ambiguous product or business goals into shipped, production-ready software
- Operate with high autonomy in a senior technical leadership capacity
- Integrate AI-assisted development workflows into engineering processes
- Work within a common tech and delivery framework using scrum and sprint cadences
- Participate in retrospectives to ensure progress toward desired outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Senior technical leadership experience at Staff or Lead level
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready software from ambiguous goals
- Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks
