About the Role

This role involves collaborating with sales teams to deliver technical expertise during the sales cycle, providing product demonstrations, addressing customer requirements, and translating business needs into effective solution proposals for enterprise and commercial accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client objectives and technical challenges
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments
  • Translate customer business requirements into technical configurations
  • Respond to technical inquiries during the sales process
  • Develop solution proposals and architecture diagrams for enterprise clients
  • Support RFP and procurement processes with technical documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and security capabilities
  • Work closely with product teams to relay customer feedback
  • Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure post-sales handoff to implementation teams is seamless
  • Participate in customer workshops and technical discovery sessions
  • Present solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during evaluation phases
  • Stay current with industry trends in mobile and endpoint security
  • Coordinate with marketing on customer success stories and use cases
  • Travel to customer sites as needed for on-site engagements
  • Support regional sales initiatives and partner-led opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Assist in training partners on technical aspects of the platform
  • Contribute to sales strategy for key accounts
