Join Aledade as a Practice Support Analyst - Application Support. You will be the primary technical expert supporting our practice partners, ensuring they can effectively use our platform to navigate and succeed in value-based care models.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert-level application support to Aledade's practice partners.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Aledade's technology platform and workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues and train users to ensure effective use of Aledade's tools.
- Support practices in succeeding within value-based care models.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates may work from anywhere within the United States, with preferred locations including Seattle, WA; Phoenix, AZ; and Albuquerque, NM.
