About the Role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Customer Support Consultant (Portuguese and English) to join a global team providing customer support in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sector. You will be the primary point of contact via chats and emails, building customer relationships while working closely with developers and other IT departments.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer support in the blockchain sector via chats and emails
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meet team KPIs and apply the latest customer happiness practices
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our client’s products and services
  • Always be up-to-date with technology and communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What We're Looking For

  • Native Portuguese and English B2 communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Personal or professional experience in crypto and blockchain
  • Analytical and research skills with a positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

Nice to Have

  • A strong interest in innovative financial technologies or prior experience in the financial industry or payment processing
  • Experience with CRM systems
