About the Role

Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for political clients throughout campaign lifecycle
- Monitor campaign performance across television and digital platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate ad delivery and reporting
- Respond to client inquiries with timely and precise information
- Track key performance indicators and share updates with stakeholders
- Manage client documentation and campaign setup processes
- Identify potential issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of client communications and campaign changes
- Assist in preparing performance summaries and post-campaign analyses
- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with sales to transition new clients into active campaigns
- Support onboarding of political clients onto the platform
- Troubleshoot technical or delivery discrepancies in real time
- Provide feedback to product teams based on client needs
- Stay informed about election timelines and political advertising trends
- Work under tight deadlines during critical campaign periods
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive political campaign data
- Participate in regular client check-in meetings
- Assist with budget tracking and pacing recommendations
