Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Polish Customer Care Advisor to serve as a vital point of contact for Polish-speaking customers. You will ensure they receive professional and efficient support via multiple channels, directly contributing to customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring follow-up and resolution of issues.
- Effectively handle customer complaints, providing solutions or escalating as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to serve customers effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computers and online communication tools.
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM tools is advantageous.
