GFIC is hiring a Poland Technical Sales Manager Food Ingredients Distribution

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute sales strategies for specialized food ingredients
  • Evaluate supplier product portfolios and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct customer visits across Poland to assess and address specific requirements
  • Design customized formulations or recipes based on client needs
  • Participate in customer production trials or conduct small-scale testing in the company's application kitchen
  • Prepare pricing proposals and manage project follow-ups, including payment tracking
  • Provide regular updates to suppliers and align strategic direction with Category Managers
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards, including product registration, labeling, and import regulations
