About the Role
Responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence of phosphates and specialty ingredients in the food and petfood industries across Poland through strategic customer engagement and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and petfood sectors
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts with a focus on long-term relationships
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored ingredient solutions
- Support customers with product specifications, formulations, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the specialty ingredients space
- Deliver product presentations and conduct technical sales meetings
- Work closely with supply chain to ensure reliable product availability
- Coordinate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns
- Prepare sales forecasts and provide input for demand planning
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Report sales performance and market insights to management
- Participate in trade shows and industry events
- Provide feedback to R&D on customer needs and product development
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety and labeling standards
- Drive adoption of sustainable and clean-label ingredient solutions
- Support audits and customer quality requirements
- Manage sample requests and technical documentation
- Act as primary point of contact for key accounts
- Contribute to strategic planning for market expansion
