Nagarro is hiring a PLM Solution Architect to design, implement, and scale Siemens Teamcenter solutions that enable digital continuity and streamline product lifecycle management. You will translate complex manufacturing business processes into robust, scalable architectures within our dynamic and non-hierarchical culture.
What You'll Do
- Define end-to-end Teamcenter architectures, including data models, workflows, integrations, and configurations.
- Govern delivery of core Teamcenter modules like PDM, Engineering Change Management, eBOM/mBOM, and ERP integration.
- Oversee customizations, run architecture reviews, validate solutions, and optimize for performance and scalability.
- Design integrations with ERP, MES, ALM, CAD, and other enterprise platforms aligned with security and governance.
- Support migration strategies and legacy system modernization to future-ready PLM landscapes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience architecting and delivering Siemens Teamcenter solutions across core modules and enterprise integrations.
- Ability to translate business processes like BOM management and change control into scalable PLM designs.
- Strong background integrating PLM with ERP, MES, ALM, and CAD systems.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and data governance frameworks.
- Background in discrete manufacturing such as automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery, or high-tech.
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
