Nagarro is hiring a PLM Solution Architect

As a PLM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining and driving the overall architecture of Siemens Teamcenter solutions across global enterprise environments. This includes shaping the strategic direction of PLM implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and digital transformation goals. You will act as a technical authority throughout the project lifecycle, guiding cross-functional teams in designing end-to-end solutions that integrate product data management, change and configuration management, lifecycle workflows, and multi-system interoperability. Your role will bridge business needs with technical execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready PLM ecosystems that support complex manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive Teamcenter solutions encompassing data structures, workflows, configurations, and integrations that align with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Lead the deployment and governance of core Teamcenter modules including product data management, change control, bill of materials handling, and lifecycle workflows.
  • Architect and supervise integrations between PLM and enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, ALM, and multiple CAD platforms, ensuring alignment with security and data governance standards.
  • Evaluate and enhance system performance, scalability, and customizations through regular architecture reviews and solution validation.
  • Develop strategies for modernizing legacy systems and transitioning to cloud-based PLM environments to support future-ready digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering enterprise-wide Siemens Teamcenter implementations across multiple functional domains.
  • Ability to model complex business processes—such as BOM management, change control, and digital continuity—into efficient, scalable PLM architectures.
  • Proven integration expertise connecting PLM with ERP, MES, ALM, and CAD systems, with understanding of compliance, security, and data governance requirements.
  • Professional background in discrete manufacturing sectors such as automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, or high-tech industries.
  • Fluency in both German and English, including written and verbal communication skills.
