Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage software updates across multiple PaaS instances of the cloud platform
- Execute software releases and infrastructure changes on AWS EKS Kubernetes clusters
- Manage cloud infrastructure components including databases, load balancers, networking, and storage
- Maintain and update Linux and Windows-based server environments
- Administer and optimize SQL and NoSQL database systems
- Provide operational support for software development and testing cycles
- Assist with client onboarding and data or system migration efforts
- Conduct regular testing of backup systems and disaster recovery procedures
- Perform daily monitoring and proactive maintenance of infrastructure systems
- Develop and keep current internal technical documentation
- Take part in a rotating on-call schedule with operations team members
- Carry out additional operational tasks as needed
