Join Mirakl as a Platform Engineer and become a key contributor to our Developer Experience (Devex) team. We are evolving from traditional platform engineering to an 'Agentic' model, building next-generation internal tools and a code qualification factory powered by AI agents. You will directly shape the tools and practices that enable our developers to deliver securely and continuously to production.

What You'll Do

Engage with development teams to understand their challenges and inform the team's roadmap for tools and practices.
Lead architectural thinking for your features and their integration into existing systems.
Develop features by breaking them down into atomic tasks to facilitate testing and code reviews.
Attend and lead design meetings or grooming sessions.
Ensure and improve product stability through code reviews and test writing.
Conduct code reviews and pair programming with team developers.
Monitor and resolve production issues for your team's products.
Enhance user guides for your team's products.
Participate in Mirakl Labs' continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Golang.
A solid understanding of software factory challenges.
A desire to work in an environment where you see the impact of your work quickly and can continuously learn.
A strong sense of autonomy and ownership.
Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

Ideal to have 2 years with Java and/or ReactJS.
Familiarity with Python for automation and AI applications.
