We're seeking a Data Specialist (Analytics + Monitoring + Observability) to help us comprehensively understand, quantify, and optimize how the TechInnovate platform operates at scale — both internally and for our client base. 🎯 Mission Your primary objective is to provide TechInnovate complete transparency over: - End-to-end inference performance - Integration usage and model activity - Errors, delays, bottlenecks, regressions - Internal and client-facing analytics dashboards - Health and performance of production pipelines You will deliver data insights enabling engineering, ML, backend, DevOps, and leadership teams to make strategic decisions — continuously enhancing performance and reliability. 🧩 What You Will Do Performance Monitoring & Benchmarking - Construct and maintain comprehensive inference time tracking (global and model-specific) - Analyze implementation changes' impact on total request latency - Identify regressions caused by suboptimal code paths - Generate automated alerts and historical trend reports Usage & Analytics Reporting - Develop dashboards for internal stakeholders (engineering, product, leadership) - Create client-facing usage dashboards (requests, errors, success rate, performance) - Assist clients in debugging integration challenges - Track model-level usage, API endpoint interactions, adoption metrics Platform Observability - Implement metrics, logs, and traces supporting smooth platform scaling - Collaborate closely with DevOps & backend teams to enhance system observability - Provide insights guiding infrastructure decisions (GPU allocation, autoscaling, caching) Data Infrastructure Ownership - Select and maintain monitoring tooling (Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry) - Ensure data pipelines remain reliable, accessible, and current - Create intuitive dashboards for technical and non-technical audiences Requirements Must-Have - Extensive experience in data analytics, observability, and monitoring - Proficient with metrics/logging/tracing frameworks - Strong understanding of backend systems and distributed architectures - Ability to transform raw metrics into actionable insights - Experience creating dashboards for diverse stakeholders - Familiarity with AI model monitoring techniques Nice-to-Have - Background in AI/ML infrastructure and inference pipelines - Understanding of Python APIs and development environments - Experience with high-throughput real-time systems - Startup ecosystem familiarity What You Bring - Problem-solving orientation - Proactive data exploration skills - Cross-functional collaboration capabilities - Autonomous ownership mentality You'll help TechInnovate transition from "functional" to "precisely optimized and continuously improving."
