Live Nation is looking for a Photographer/Videographer to join our team, capturing the energy and experience of live events. In this role, you will proactively interact with guests, employees, and performing acts to provide high-quality visual content for the venue, reporting directly to the Marketing Director.
What You'll Do
- Take high-quality photos and videos of guests, employees, and performing artists (when permitted) during concerts.
- Capture photos and videos documenting the complete fan experience from arrival through the show.
- Take a mix of posed and candid content.
- Capture content as directed by the venue team for various operational needs.
- Follow all guidelines and shooting instructions from the Marketing Director and as outlined in venue or artist contracts.
- Capture photo and video for special events happening before, during, or after shows (e.g., events, employee gatherings, new features).
- Assist the venue team occasionally in capturing non-show day content for private events or photoshoots.
- Deliver a minimum of 100 photos per show as a photographer.
- Capture enough video content to produce at least a 1-minute video recap per show.
- Edit all photos and videos within 24 hours from shooting and return all content to the Marketing Director.
- Enter availability 3 weeks in advance and accurately log time worked through the ABIMM system.
- Be available on scheduled show dates from parking open through the headliner's first few songs.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- At least 3+ years of professional photography and/or videography experience.
- Must own your own professional equipment and editing software.
- Must possess a telephoto lens with a minimum 200mm focal length.
- Ability to pass a required background check.
- The position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+, and occasional sitting.
Nice to Have
- Experience with capturing live events or concerts.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the venue Marketing Director, working closely with the venue team to capture content that supports marketing and operational needs.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position requiring presence at the venue for all scheduled shows and assigned content shoots.
