Petvisor is looking for a Phones Implementation Specialist to join us on a contract basis. You will be responsible for the configuration and deployment of phone systems integrated with our veterinary practice management software.
What You'll Do
- Implement and configure phone systems for client veterinary practices
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements
- Test and validate system functionality post-deployment
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for phone integrations
- Document implementation processes and client configurations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience implementing VoIP or cloud phone systems
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple implementation projects concurrently
- Experience working with software integrations and APIs
