About the Role

ALDO Group is hiring a Permitting Specialist to manage the end-to-end permitting process. In this role, you'll ensure compliance, build relationships with agencies, and keep our projects on track.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal permitting requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and submit permit applications to regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and construction, to gather necessary permitting documentation.
  • Maintain relationships with permitting agencies to facilitate smooth approvals.
  • Provide guidance to project teams on regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Track multiple permits and proactively address potential delays.
  • Research and analyze permitting trends and regulatory changes affecting the industry.
  • Assist in responding to permit-related inquiries from government agencies or stakeholders.
  • Support audits and internal compliance checks related to permits.
  • Identify process improvements for faster and more efficient permitting workflows.

What We're Looking For

  • You are 18 years of age or older.
  • You have a minimum of 1+ years of relevant work experience, formal trade, or technical skills training.
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
  • High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or up to two years of basic understanding of permitting processes.

Nice to Have

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
