CenterWell Home Health, a Humana company, is hiring a Performance Reporting Analytics Consultant to partner with banks and credit unions. In this role, you will deliver actionable analytics, automated reporting, and performance insights that help clients improve operational efficiency and member experience.
What You'll Do
- Partner with clients to define KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting solutions.
- Support pre-sales by translating client requirements into solution proposals and implementation plans.
- Assist in scoping and building SOWs for new and custom reporting needs.
- Collaborate with implementation and product teams to deliver and enhance analytics solutions.
- Drive client adoption through best practices in data, reporting, and process optimization.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7+ years of experience in banking, credit union, or fintech operations or analytics.
- Strong experience with operational KPIs and performance reporting.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- SQL and workflow automation experience.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms.
- Knowledge of process improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma.
