ELVTR is hiring a People Partner to act as a strategic partner to managers, driving performance, engagement, and growth within our fast-paced global online education company. You will own the full employee lifecycle and translate HR data into actionable business insights.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and performance management to development, retention, and offboarding.
- Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins to monitor engagement, well-being, and performance, proactively identifying and addressing risks like burnout or retention concerns.
- Partner closely with Department Heads and Team Leads to strengthen team effectiveness, improve performance, and resolve complex people matters.
- Lead and support leadership and team development initiatives to build strong managerial capability.
- Analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Support compensation and performance review processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
- Continuously improve and optimize HR processes, frameworks, and internal policies.
- Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects supporting organizational growth and scaling.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager, HR People Partner, or in a similar HR role.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, probation, performance reviews, retention, offboarding).
- Strong understanding of performance management and employee motivation principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with managers and employees at all levels.
- Confidence working with HR data, metrics, and reports, with the ability to make informed decisions based on insights.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility and ownership.
Nice to Have
- Coaching or mentoring experience.
