About the Role
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day people operations, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring HR systems and practices are efficient and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR information systems
- Support payroll coordination and timekeeping processes
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Coordinate HR audits and prepare necessary documentation
- Track and report on key people metrics and HR operational data
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters
- Administer performance review cycles and tracking
- Support organizational change initiatives and internal communications
- Develop and improve HR workflows and operational efficiency
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions about policies and benefits
- Help maintain employee handbooks and policy documentation
- Facilitate employee engagement efforts and culture-building activities
- Assist in the implementation of new HR technologies and tools
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all HR records
- Coordinate employee recognition programs
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within HR operations
- Track leave of absences and accommodations in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with external vendors for HR-related services
