Nordex SE is hiring a People & Culture Coordinator for its Nordic region. In this operational role, you will coordinate the payroll process across Norway, Sweden, and Finland and handle payroll-related mobility matters. You will work closely with time management systems and support the continuous improvement of payroll processes within our international work environment.

What You'll Do

Coordinate the complete payroll process for all Nordic countries, communicate with external payroll providers, and prepare payroll materials
Ensure local compliance related to payroll reporting, social security, and pensions
Support employees with payroll and worktime questions
Act as the main user for time-management tools in the region and manage employment benefits in Finland
Handle payroll-related mobility topics for international assignments
Participate in the annual salary increase process

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in operational HR or payroll
Knowledge of Finnish and/or Swedish labour law and collective agreements
A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., Business Administration)
Fluency in English and a good level of Finnish
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership
A solution-oriented and improvement-driven approach
Flexibility and high confidentiality

Nice to Have

Experience preferably in an international setting
Swedish language skills are a strong advantage

You will be part of a supportive team of five People & Culture colleagues, located in both Helsinki and Uppsala, reporting to the Head of People & Culture Nordic.
