Role Overview: We are recruiting a Project Manager (Recruitment Operations) to serve as the central execution mechanism for internal hiring and recruitment initiatives. This role manages 60+ active requisitions, 7-8 concurrent internal recruitment projects, and cross-team collaborations requiring precision and rapid implementation. Your core responsibilities include streamlining operations, proactively addressing potential obstacles, maintaining project momentum, and implementing disciplined reporting and execution strategies.
