univativ GmbH is seeking a Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) to support a key client in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate processing of payroll data and act as a central point of contact for employee inquiries.
What You'll Do
- Record and manage payroll data for all company units.
- Answer employee payroll questions via the internal ticket system.
- Process changes, create reports, and coordinate with an external payroll service provider.
- Support with other ad-hoc payroll and accounting tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
- Hands-on professional experience in payroll accounting.
- Strong communication skills and a structured, precise way of working.
- At least negotiation-fluent German and good English skills.
