You will develop creative, high-quality TikTok content focused on music education, helping to transform how music is learned through innovative and engaging video formats.
What You'll Do
- Develop creative, high-quality TikTok videos around music education with a focus on voice, piano, or guitar.
- Produce educational videos that reach both beginners and advanced students.
- Manage multiple TikTok accounts and test different content formats.
- Analyze TikTok trends and develop unique content formats tailored for SIRIUS.
- Present music theory, techniques, and exercises in an entertaining and accessible way.
- Analyze video performance metrics and continuously optimize your content strategy.
- Work closely with our team, contribute ideas, and help further develop the overall content concept.
What We're Looking For
- Expert knowledge of TikTok, including its formats, trends, sounds, memes, editing styles, and hashtags.
- Strong musical knowledge, such as long-term teaching experience in voice, piano, or guitar.
- A creative, humorous approach and confident on-camera presence.
- An intuitive understanding of what works on TikTok, thinking in hooks, loops, and viral narratives.
- Hands-on experience with video production using a smartphone, including lighting, sound, and editing.
- Fluent German language skills, as all videos are produced in German.

- Background in music studies or music pedagogy.
