Binance is hiring a Payroll Specialist to join our global operations team. You will be responsible for managing payroll processes across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Process and manage payroll for employees across multiple countries and regions.
- Ensure all payroll transactions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
- Maintain and update payroll records, employee data, and tax information.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding payments.
- Stay current with regional payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Assist with payroll-related reporting for internal and external audits.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a payroll specialist or similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in Europe, Asia, or South East Asia.
