Careers at Seagate is looking for a Payroll Analyst to manage and process the company's payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies. You will be based at our fun and active site in Teparuk, Thailand, supporting payroll operations, internal controls, and coordinating with HR, Finance, and external partners.

What You'll Do

Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and within the required timeline.
Review payroll calculations including salary, overtime, allowances, bonuses, and statutory deductions.
Ensure statutory compliance for tax, social security, provident fund, and other regulations.
Prepare and submit withholding tax (PND forms) and other payroll-related statutory reports.
Reconcile payroll data with the general ledger and coordinate with the Finance team for monthly closing.
Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with banks for salary transfer and resolve payment-related issues.
Manage year-end processes including tax certificates (e.g., 50 Tawi) and statutory filings.
Support payroll system implementation, enhancements, or improvement projects.
Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all payroll information.
