Logo-CSI is looking for a Part-Time Temporary Data Processor to support production operations by securely handling sensitive customer and debit card data. This role is critical in preparing jobs for production, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting financial institutions and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Access secure platforms to retrieve required data and attachments
- Organize, format, and maintain Excel spreadsheets
- Verify data accuracy, ensure no duplication, and confirm the most recent data is used
- Attach and distribute required files to financial institutions via secure channels
- Perform repetitive data entry and validation tasks with a high level of attention to detail
- Support additional data processing tasks as needed, including fraud-related data entry
- Follow all data security, confidentiality, and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
- Education or job knowledge equivalent to a High School Diploma
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to double-check work for accuracy
- Basic to moderate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable performing repetitive, manual data processing tasks
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines
Nice to Have
- Prior data entry or data processing experience
- Experience working with secure or confidential information
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, file management, or production workflows
