Activate Talent is looking for a dedicated Part-Time Discord Support Moderator to help manage our online community, respond to inquiries, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment that reflects our brand values. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and committed to fostering positive interactions on Discord.
What You'll Do
- Assist with opening and managing Discord Ambassador tickets.
- Handle all chat inquiries promptly, keeping conversations flowing smoothly and organized.
- Monitor community activity to ensure compliance with brand regulations and chat guidelines.
- Verify that all new members joining the community meet brand terms, conditions, and requirements.
- Open and close chat channels according to the scheduled hours.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable presence in all interactions.
