About the Role
This position involves flying on-demand charter flights in compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations, primarily supporting operations across the Pacific. The pilot will operate in various weather and terrain conditions while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-flight inspections of aircraft systems and documentation
- Operate aircraft in accordance with FAA Part 135 regulations
- Execute flight plans across Pacific routes under variable conditions
- Monitor aircraft performance and respond to in-flight anomalies
- Coordinate with air traffic control and dispatch personnel
- Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records
- Adhere to company safety standards and emergency procedures
- Perform post-flight evaluations and reporting
- Support aircraft maintenance coordination when needed
- Ensure compliance with weight and balance requirements
- Communicate effectively with crew and ground personnel
- Respond to weather-related operational changes
- Participate in recurrent training and proficiency checks
- Follow checklists and standard operating procedures
- Report mechanical discrepancies promptly
- Maintain current medical and certification status
- Uphold professional conduct during all operations
- Assist in operational planning for complex missions
- Operate advanced avionics and flight control systems
- Support integration of new aircraft into service
