Zippo GmbH is looking for a Paid Traffic Manager (m/w/d) to take responsibility for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our paid online marketing campaigns across Europe. Your goal will be to maximize reach and conversions through data-driven advertising strategies.
What You'll Do
- Develop strategies to improve revenue and traffic to EU subsidiary websites and support EMEA distributors.
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on key metrics.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation.
- Create performance reports and derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners like content and consulting agencies.
- Conduct A/B testing and drive conversion rate optimization.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
- An analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with tracking tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- A self-motivated, organized, and collaborative team player.
- Fluency in both German and English.
