Directive is hiring a Paid Media Manager

About the Role

The ideal candidate will oversee paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across digital channels, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals and deliver measurable ROI for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social media
  • Develop and implement strategic media plans aligned with client objectives
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Optimize bids, keywords, ad copy, and targeting to improve ROI
  • Collaborate with account teams to align media strategy with broader marketing goals
  • Identify new opportunities for campaign expansion and testing
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising trends and platform updates
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and advertising standards
  • Prepare performance summaries and client-facing reports
  • Troubleshoot technical issues affecting campaign delivery
  • Work with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets
  • Utilize A/B testing to refine campaign elements
  • Manage budgets efficiently across multiple accounts
  • Forecast performance and set realistic client expectations
  • Stay current with industry best practices in paid search and paid social
