Drive growth through data and precision
As the Paid Media Lead (Growth & Analytics), you'll shape the strategy behind paid acquisition across multiple brands, combining technical depth with performance marketing expertise. You’ll own the full analytics and tracking infrastructure—implementing and refining tools like GTM, GA4, BigQuery, and consent mode—to ensure accurate measurement across every user touchpoint.
You’ll lead all paid channels, including Google, Meta, YouTube, and Reddit, focusing on high-intent audiences and campaign efficiency. From building audiences to testing creatives and optimizing funnels, your work will be rooted in analytics-first decision-making. You’ll dynamically shift budgets based on real-time data, experiment outcomes, and funnel performance to maximize return.
Own the analytics and experimentation engine
You’ll define attribution models, build cohort analyses, and forecast CAC and LTV to guide business strategy. Your role includes designing and running structured experiments—A/B tests, multivariate trials, and behavioral studies—across landing pages, UX flows, and pricing models. You’ll build the experimentation roadmap, validate hypotheses, and turn results into actionable insights.
Collaboration is key. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to improve conversion rates and user experience, ensuring data tells a consistent story across teams. You’ll also guide creative development by translating performance data into high-impact concepts.
Build systems that scale insight
You’ll develop ETL processes, dashboards, and automated reporting to make performance data accessible company-wide. Your focus on data quality and measurement integrity will ensure confidence in every decision. This is a hands-on role—you’ll be in the tools, configuring tags, writing queries, and troubleshooting tracking as much as you’re managing campaigns.
Who you are
- 3+ years in paid acquisition within a high-volume B2C or digital environment, with measurable impact on CAC and LTV
- Deep experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, attribution modeling, and consent mode
- Proven ability in CRO, funnel analysis, and UX testing
- Skilled in SQL, BigQuery, or similar analytics platforms
- Comfortable managing multi-million rand budgets and reallocating spend based on data
- Able to explain complex metrics—like cohort trends and confidence intervals—in clear, actionable terms
- A self-starter who thrives on digging into data, tools, and technical configurations
