Eli Zeta Group is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Germany. As the key link between our company and end customers, you will represent our leading European range of stairlifts, home lifts, and accessible bathrooms, providing tailored solutions directly in clients' homes.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth consultations directly at the client's premises.
- Record circumstances and take precise measurements using modern iPad technology.
- Present individual solutions, combining empathy and closing skills to ensure lasting client satisfaction.
- Draw up and conclude contracts directly on site.
What We're Looking For
- A valid Class B driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Strong closing skills, empathy, and goal orientation.
- Digital competence and an independent working style.
Nice to Have
- Several years of sales experience in end customer business (e.g., solar systems, windows, kitchens, furniture).
- A university degree or comparable qualification.
- Technical understanding.
- Career changers with high motivation and energy.
Technical Stack
- iPad for on-site measurements and presentations.
Benefits & Compensation
- Average income of approximately €5,000 per month (fixed salary + commission, with up to €15,000 possible).
